I’ve decided to compose a presentation about the photography of Lewis Wickes Hine. Lewis Wickes Hine is known as the father of social documentary Photography. The causes Hine picked to dedicate his life and work were some of the most controversial and progressive at the time. Hine fought for abolishing child labor, creating decent working conditions, treating urban poverty, education, encouraging equality in work, finding the moral equivalent of war, and celebrating the dignity of work.
